Hi! I’m Violet has been given the opportunity to travel to Nakuru, Kenya in July 2027 with African Adventures to help participate in building and renovation in a partner school but also being given the opportunity to teach alongside the teachers at the school.

This trip is important to me not only because it is going to give me lifelong experience and incredible memories but because I really want to help make a difference for the children in their education. I would love to have a career a teaching in the future!

We will be able to assist the teachers in lessons and lead our own groups of children, help with sports coaching and help with the building and renovation of the school. I really want to get stuck in and experience everything.

During this 21 night trip there will be other once in a lifetime opportunities to experience on the weekends such as a cultural day visiting a tribe, cooking and tasting local Kenyan food, learning Swahili, going on safari and more!

It would mean so much to me if I can raise as much money as possible which will enable me to volunteer for such a worthy cause. I would love to exceed my target so I can donate the rest of the money to the school itself to help them continue to keep the local children in school rather than working at the local dump site collecting plastic to sell. This is no life for a child.
