Help Victoria Keep a Safe Home for Her Child

Hi everyone,

I never thought I’d be in this position, but I’m reaching out for help as a single mom just trying to keep a roof over my child’s head in an increasingly hostile world.

I’ve worked hard my whole life, and right now, I have a government job that used to feel stable—until everything changed. The current administration has been openly hostile toward trans people, and I’m watching as my colleagues are being fired for who they are. I know I could be next.

As a trans woman, I already face discrimination daily, but now my very livelihood is at risk. I’m barely keeping up with rent, bills, and essentials for my child. The stress of wondering how I’ll provide for them, while trying to shield them from the hate growing around us, is overwhelming.

I’m not asking for luxury—just the ability to survive. To keep the lights on. To make sure my child has what they need. To find a way forward, even when the system is working against us.
