Help Victor Recover After a Vicious Attack While Working

Hi, my name is Victor Ramirez. For the past three years, I’ve worked as a street vendor in Long Beach, selling ice cream and corn to provide for myself. On Saturday, while working like I always do, I was brutally attacked by someone trying to rob me.

I was stabbed and left bleeding in the street. Thankfully, a kind neighbor saw what happened and ran out to help—scaring the attacker away before it got worse. The police and ambulance came, and I was rushed to St. Mary’s Hospital for emergency stitches.

I survived, but now I’m left scared, injured, and unable to return to work. This is my only source of income, and right now I don’t know how I’m going to get by.

If you can find it in your heart to help me recover, heal, and hopefully feel safe again, I would be forever grateful.

Ayuda a Victor a Recuperarse Después de un Ataque Violento Mientras Trabajaba

Hola, mi nombre es Victor Ramirez. Durante los últimos tres años he trabajado como vendedor ambulante en Long Beach, vendiendo nieve y elotes para poder mantenerme.

El sábado pasado, mientras trabajaba como de costumbre, fui brutalmente atacado por una persona que intentó asaltarme. Me apuñaló y me dejó sangrando en la calle. Gracias a Dios, un vecino valiente vio lo que pasó y salió a ayudarme, logrando ahuyentar al atacante antes de que fuera peor.

La policía y la ambulancia llegaron, y me llevaron de emergencia al hospital St. Mary’s, donde me realizaron puntadas para detener el sangrado.

Sobreviví, pero ahora estoy con miedo, herido, y sin poder regresar a trabajar. Este es mi único medio para ganarme la vida, y en este momento no sé cómo voy a salir adelante.
