We are in need of a new building. We have provided many services to and in our community over the years, nd now we need to invest in ourselves. If we are forced to take a mortgage for a new building, it will severely impact ALL of the services we currently provide .
The building we are in is well over 150 years old and has a leaking roof, uneven and warped floors, and the pipes continually freeze. The doors and windows do not close tight, and we have been investing THOUSANDS every year in repairs and maintenance and it is no longer feasible to try and keep this building standing.
We have a contractor and engineer in place and currently have $100,000 of the needed $375,000.
Every little bit helps get us closer to our goal or makes the amount we have to borrow less, allowing us to continue helping our community.
