Help Veteran Don Smith stay in his home

Donald Smith is a 83 year old Veteran that lives alone with his dog Lucky. His wife passed away in December 2020.   With the little bit of money he gets from social security he can not pay his rent and has fallen behind. He is currently 4 months behind and s in jeopardy of being evicted if he doesn't pay soon.  Donald's health is failing fast. He currently got diagnosed with cancer after being in remission. He chooses not to go on radiation or chemo and just wants to live the remaining of his life peacefully in his home. My name is Alicia and I have been Donald's neighbor for 20 years.
