- Hello my name is Stacey Dionne and I am starting this page for my one and only sister/best friend in the whole world. Venus French who was recently been diagnosed with Small Cell.Carcinoma of the lungs which has spread to other areas. Many of you may know her from your children in the Torrington School system but for the past many years at Torrington Middle school. She loves her job and her kids and always gave the job 100 percent. But unfortunately she had to go on Medical leave which leaves her without a paycheck but the bills still coming in. If you know Venus she is the most caring person you will ever meet and always thinks about everyone else before herself. She is just one of a kind and I think this is one way her children and myself can try and help ease the stress of the hardship of no paycheck. She always puts everyone first instead of the other way around. She is the mother of 2 beautiful girls Brandy Serkey and Fawn Camire and her son Tim Anderson Jr who she had lived since the day she adopted him. And the best Nana to Skyla Bullard and Peter Camire. She also is the best godmother to Dylan Dionne who she went on her first cruise just to see him get married in July. Most important person in her life is her mother Christina Hardy.. I am hoping that anyone who can help her out while she is having her treatments to fight and win this awful disease will do so. Any help will be much appreciated to make things easier on her rather than worrying about how she will pay her bills. Sincerely the family of Venus.
