Help Vanessa Fight for Her Parental Rights
Donation protected
Hello friends and family,
As some of you may know, Vanessa Bueno has two darling girls 4 and 5 years old, that she loves and adores very much. They are her entire world and has been her strength and purpose since the moment she saw a positive pregnancy test.
Since July 2024, Vanessa and the girls' father have been separated, and have been civil co-parenting for the past 8 months. Vanessa was a stay at home mother pursuing school to do physical therapy before she made the courageous choice to separate.
Vanessa has built a life for herself from the ground up since the separation to provide the best care for her girls. Just recently, she was blind sided with a court order to take away her parental rights. Vanessa has been through so much this past year to be a civil co-parent and works around the father’s schedule while working full time to make a living and provide for their two girls.
Ness has been my roommate and best friend and living with her and her girls has been an honor and a privilege and they have become my family. I admire Ness for the amazing, hard working, loving mother she is. She has truly made me want to be a better person everyday and I am so thankful to know her and be apart of her daughter's lives. It hurts me to see the situation that has transpired after months of watching her suffer through emotional and financial struggles. I admire her perseverance, strength, and adaptability going through all of this. Ness is someone who does not like asking for help. In this situation, her entire world is on the line. Being a mother is the biggest part of who Vanessa is and we need our friends and family's help to lawyer up and fight back. Vanessa is ready to fight for her peace of mind that her girls will always be able to be with their momma, and that their momma will ALWAYS fight for them. - Nina (Belinda) Ramirez
I met Ness in 2013 when I moved to Austin and she quickly became one of my best friends. Knowing her for over a decade has been a blessing but witnessing her become a mother has been indescribable. Ness was meant for motherhood and pours her heart and soul into her children. She’s recently become my roommate and an innumerable amount of times I’ve come home and can hear her and the girls having a dance party or singing Taylor at the top of their lungs, yes, all of them. The girls are polite and kind and empathetic and it is thanks to their mother and my best friend. Ness isn’t the type of person to ever ask for anything and works hard for everything she has, I’m asking for help for her. Please allow Vanessa the peace of mind of having the proper legal assistance to continue having custody of her children. -Sydnie Rangel
As you may know, attorney fees add up rapidly, and all donations will go towards the legal representation and the fight for parental rights and custody. Vanessa has not been on social media for a couple weeks now, if you would like to personally reach out, she would love and appreciate the support. Thank y’all and God bless.
(3/28) edit: Thank you all so much for your donations. Your support has helped Vanessa get the ball rolling and has been in contact with a lawyer. The fees are accumulating fast as we fight this legal battle. We will continue to leave this go fund me active so that you can support Vanessa and her two little girls through this time. They need their mama and she is fighting for them!! ❤️
