A Family in Need: Please Help Andrew O, my son in-law., Vanesa my daughter and thier Children During This Difficult Time
Dear Friends and Compassionate Strangers,
I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support in helping my daughter, Vanesa, and her family during one of the most challenging times of their lives. Vanesa is an incredibly strong mother and partner, but right now, she is facing an overwhelming amount of hardship, and she needs our help.
Vanesa is unable to work a traditional job outside the home due to the special care needed for my 4-year-old grandson, who has just been diagnosed with both autism and ADHD. He is non-verbal, and his care requires constant attention. Additionally, my granddaughter suffers from a bleeding disorder, which makes her more susceptible to illness, and she is frequently unwell.
On top of this, my husband and I do our best to support Vanesa, but I am currently in the fight of my life against breast cancer, undergoing a rigorous 5-year treatment plan that makes it even more difficult to offer the support I want to.
Vanesa’s fiancé, Andrew, has also been a strong provider for the family. He worked a union job out of the home, but he was laid off and has been struggling to find work. As if things weren’t difficult enough, Andrew was admitted to the hospital this past Wednesday. He is in critical condition, battling pneumonia, the flu, and complications related to sleep apnea. He is currently on a ventilator, fighting for his life.
For now, everything is falling on Vanesa’s shoulders. She is doing everything she can to keep her family afloat, but the weight of these challenges is too much for one person to bear alone.
This is where you come in. We are asking for your support in whatever way you can, whether that be through donations, prayers, or simply sharing this campaign. Every little bit helps, and it will make a world of difference for my daughter and her children as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, compassion, and generosity. Your support means the world to us.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Jennifer (Concerned Mom)
