Help Valeriya and Armen get out of the hood.

By some miracle, my son Armen and I have received the opportunity to move to a much nicer neighbourhood in our small town of New Westminster, BC -- for the same rent. While it may only have one bedroom for the two of us, we are nonetheless beaming at the chance of upgrading our standards of living. We are grateful for the roof over our heads that we've been living under for the last 5 years, no matter how hard it has been. Leagues of roommates, each with their own souls and destinies, a lack of a room for my dear son, and a constant battle to keep the house presentable, as well as filling in holes in our budget, walls, and floors, were just some of the difficulties we've lived through. Eventually, the houses and greenery around us were chopped down, ridding our surroundings of any beauty they could have had. Finally, we have a chance to move up!

The reason we are asking you for help is because of the immediate security deposit we must pay for the new apartment, immediately pay rent for the first of April, as well as pay a fee due to leaving our current apartment on such short notice. Even more costs would come from the actual moving, buying, and disposal of furniture and they will only serve to set us back even more. My birthday is on the 14th of March, and April 9th is my son's. Your generosity and donations would be the greatest gift of all, and could kickstart a new chapter of our lives. Furthermore, Armen is turning 18 and will be attending university, so this is a very important time for us.

I will gladly gift some of my art to a few of the contributors towards this project, and am more than willing to send out my magnets with some of my best art pieces. Also, you are all invited to high tea when we move in, where I can tell you your horoscope and the tidings of the current year of the bull.

Я с сыном каким-то чудом попали в хорошее новое здание в нашем городке - и что важно  - за такие же деньги, которые мы платим сейчас. Да, пусть это однобедрумный аппартмент, но мы очень рады просто этой возможности, что сможем себе позволить жить в достойных условиях. Мы благодарны за крышу над головой последние пять с половиной лет, но это было непросто. Разные жильцы с их судьбами и привычками, отстутсвие своего места у сына, постоянная борьба за попытку создать красоту и как-то залатать дыры как в бюджете, так и в полу, по которому ходили. Когда несколько месяцев назад вырубили несколько каштанов и зеленый забор около нашего патио - это были слезы отчаяния. И вдруг такой шанс!

Почему мы просим помощи - необходимо сразу заплатить секьюрити депозит за квартиру и кота, к 1 апреля заплатить новый рент, возможно заплатить штраф за срочный отъезд в старом месте. Сам переезд. И в связи с тем, что размер нового аппармента меньше - придется покупать несколько новых предметов мебели, чтобы они влезли . У нас сыном дни рождения 14 марта и 9 апреля - ваша посильная помощь станет лучшим подарком не просто на новый личный год, но возможно на новый старт в жизни. К тому же Армену исполняется 18 и он собирается поступать в университет.

Я с удовольствием подарю свой арт нескольким участником проекта, всем могу прислать магнитики с изображением моих лучших картин. Ну и с удовольствием пригласим на  хай ти на новое патио новых друзей уже этой весной, где я расскажу им про их гороскоп и удачу в год Быка.
