Help Val stay in her house

Our neighbor Valerie has been a constant supporter of the people in our neighborhood for the past 15+ years. A year ago, she noticed a neighbor had not been seen for a few days, so she got others to get into the house and saved his life.  She has helped out other families by pet watching and even some baby sitting. And, she always has a plate of Italian food ready to share with anyone who stops by for a visit. 

 

But two years ago, she fell and broke both knees. Now she needs help with maintaining her home.

She needs help to get her house up to code in our development.

Val is 85 and lives on a fixed income. She has lived alone for more than 15 years and is unable to afford the needed upgrades. The neighbors are helping, but more help is needed that we are unable to provide.

Your help and gifts will help Valerie keep her wish to stay in her home.
