Honor Their Legacy with UTOPIA SF: Fa’afetai for Your Support
Talofa everyone,
As we at UTOPIA San Francisco prepare to join the 2026 SF Pride Parade, we do so with deep respect and love for two incredible souls we lost too soon: Nani Wilson and Auntie John Iesha Ena. Both were in the prime of their lives, and both left a lasting mark on our LGBTQ+ Pacific Islander community.
A bit of history: UTOPIA SF has been a proud home for LGBTQ+ Pacific Islanders since 1998. We’ve always stood for cultural pride, leadership, and visibility. Marching in Pride each year is part of that mission, and this year, it’s about honoring Nani and Auntie John’s legacy as we continue the work they championed.
We invite you to support us by donating to our GoFundMe. With your help, raising $1,000 to $5,000 will let us honor them properly and keep our community’s spirit strong.
Fa’afetai for your generosity and support.
With pride,
Neo and our UTOPIA Family
