Our family just welcomed a new baby into the world-a little earlier than we expected. After a day of hiking for maternity photos, our baby arrived a month early and has been in the NICU. Thankfully, we’ll be able to bring our baby home soon, but the early arrival has brought a lot of unexpected challenges.

At the same time, we learned that our landlord wouldn’t be renewing our lease, so we have to move out by the 14th. We’ve found a new place, but the timing has made things much harder than we planned. With our tax return delayed and extra expenses from baby being born early, we’re struggling to cover everything our baby needs, like a bassinet and other essentials, as well as meals for our family while we settle in.
