Hi,my name is Teresa, I'm a kinship carer for my great nephew he has been living with us for 3 years and has many complex health issues ,as a family we just want to give him the best childhood we can ,unfortunately though all our health is not good due to the ongoing stress we have with his family this lead to my husband having a mental breakdown ,we have gone from manageable money to barely anything to live on,our little one birthday is coming up and we wish to spoil him but know it's impossible, I've never asked for anything in my life but our little one deserves the best ,the funds will be used for creating a safe place in our garden to play and therapy for his on going conditions ,please help us to help him.
