We need your help!
On the 26th of January we were told our owner was selling the house and we needed to move. We actively started looking and applying for houses. Less than a week later, we had to put it all on hold as we lost my Nan, trying our hardest to be present for our family and find a place to live while paying bills and running out of steam. Then our brand new car died and not long after that, both cars needed rego.
Just when things started to look up again, Kris unfortunately lost his job. Being in the rental market and in the same position as others, we started to sink, bills piled up and so did the stress. We were always there to open our wallet and our home to others, never needing a reason, we just gave our hearts.
Now, it's our turn.
With 2 weeks left to find a place to live, our time is running out, our funds have run out and with both of us applying for full time work and houses, we haven't secured either. Both markets are swamped with families in the same position.
How on earth are we going to do this? $100 in our pocket, we are behind on all bills, rent, everything.
We're too proud to ask for help, always smiling and declaring, "Everything is Great!!" "We're great!!", "Don't worry something will come up" In reality we were just getting ourselves buried deeper.
We need to come up with moving costs, bond costs, cleaning costs and bills in 2 weeks, unless we win the lotto, this is not going to happen.
I promise, hand to heart, any funds left over at the end of this saga, will be paid forward to someone in need.
Can you please help us?
