Our beloved grandfather Fred Cantu, a proud veteran and devoted family man, has just returned home after spending nine long months in the hospital. Since November of last year, he’s endured a harrowing medical journey that began with a life-threatening abdominal aneurysm and led to three major surgeries, countless complications, and an uphill battle for recovery.

Despite everything, his spirit remains unbreakable. He’s now working hard to regain his strength, with one goal in mind: to walk again and play outside with his grandkids—something he dreams about every single day.

We’re raising funds to help cover two critical needs:

A wheelchair-accessible van to safely transport him to appointments and family outings

❤️ Ongoing care and rehabilitation support to give him the best chance at recovery
