I’m reaching out to you with a heavy heart and an urgent plea for help. My uncle recently suffered a devastating motorcycle accident in Guatemala after colliding with a commercial truck. He is now in critical condition, fighting to recover from severe injuries, including a head convulsion, a fractured left knee, and a fractured left hand.

Tragically, the commercial company involved has not only refused to take responsibility but is also demanding that my uncle pay for the damages to their truck. This unjust situation has left our family in an incredibly difficult position. We are now responsible for covering his mounting hospital bills while also hiring a lawyer to sue the company and hold them accountable.

Most of our family is in the U.S., and while we’re supporting him from afar, we’re doing everything possible to be by his side during this critical time. However, the financial burden is overwhelming.
