Help us support Ms, Ham through the hardest time of her life.

Our Ms. Ham, who has always been there for us and our kids has faced terrible loss this past month.

Two days before Helene, her mom passed. With no time to mourn or even begin to process, she had to evacuate for Helene and came back to Anna Maria Island to find a flooded home, where nothing could be salvaged, not her treasured kids’ Christmas ornaments, her pictures, not her clothes nor her furniture. Nothing.

Then came Milton and tore the roof off her home. Needless to say she is displaced, heartbroken and overwhelmed. And despite this, she keeps showing up for our children with a smile, to give them a sense of normalcy and consistency, to be in the company of her community.

She has two weeks left at an airbnb that one of our amazing school parents found for her and is looking for a place to rent long term.

All funds gathered will be used by Ms. Ham to rebuild her life and help cover her rent and all the basic things that a human needs to live in this world.

Everything is taking longer and is harder to access because so many were affected. We understand many need help, if you can, please help Ms Ham, the heart of our intermediate school and our children’s special person.
