In February, I leaped into the world of dance, joining an incredible dance team for adults in Houston, TX called the My Heels On Dance Team. This dance studio has become like a second home, empowering me to embrace confidence through the art of dance.

Little did I know, this journey would lead me to an amazing community of women and passionate dancers.

Now, we have big dreams for summer 2025 – to get stunning uniforms that reflect our unity and a dedicated space to showcase our passion!

From Our Coach...

My Heels On Dance Company decided to start an adult dance team to continue to pour into the lives of professional women that desire to become more confident, step out of their comfort zones, and learn to dance.

Here, began the My Heels On Dance Team. Our team consists of ladies of all backgrounds, sizes, and professions! These women show up to class each week and practice beginner skills to grow as dancers. They never complain and truly have the desire to be a part of the team. They show a commitment beyond their 9-5 jobs and daily obligations. From the mom that makes sure she comes to class and practice, even if she has to bring her son for a bit, to our other three women pursuing their master's, doctorates, and other professional aspirations!

These women are truly phenomenal and will continue to grow and embody traits that represent the My Heels On brand… Confidence, Consistency, and Community!

We have our first showcase coming up and I would love to order uniforms for our ladies' first team performance!
