Help us Serve: Family’s mission to Guatemala

First time for everything!!

For a gofund me and a MISSION trip!! Both can be nerve racking for sure! However…..

For as long as I can remember back I’ve felt called to go on a mission trip! Becoming parents at 17 years old delayed that dream a little bit and we’ve spent the last 15 years raising kiddos through nursing school, paramedic school, fire academy, moving across country, homeschooling these kiddos the last 5 years ect…while most importantly breaking family chains and raising these kiddos unto the Lord with God as the strength and center of all of the above! Don’t hear me wrong we are far from perfect, yet through all our imperfections we strive to embrace a life of if…God calls you to do it…we DO it and He has paved a way every single time!!! We have dreamed of the day we’d have the opportunity to serve on a mission trip! What I’ve learned through many life events…there’s never a perfect time to go and do what God is calling you to do! We’ve had a lot going on in the Brocchini household the past 6+months, career changes for Joedy, a miracle baby after 2.5 years of prayer and petition Due November 2025, a fire in our bathroom leaving our house in construction the past handful of weeks, while currently landing us staying at an Airbnb as I type this….which has given us every excuse especially financial NOT TO GO!! BUT, despite all of this we have felt the urge to take the leap and join our church family @Destiny Church of Lewisburg to Guatemala this summer! The trip is a quick 6 weeks away July 3rd-10th! We KNOW this timeline along with all these hesitations and life circumstances that are “in the way” gives us even more reason to push through in faith and let God pave the way! We are fully believing for financial provision with the willingness of stepping out of our comfort zone, sharing our story and asking for your support! If financial ability isn’t there that’s okay too! Please be praying for our family as we prepare our hearts for a move of God within and through us! We will be taking our 15 year old son Keegan and 12 year old son Kayden! Please pray for safety and health along our journey as well! Especially while being pregnant during this trip! This was another concern posing hesitation and fear at first, but through prayer I KNOW in my heart all will be well! For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7). And this gives us even more of a reason to go now because next year we will be snuggling a new little family edition! Also be praying for Ella (9) while she spends the week with her grandma! We thank you so much for supporting us in this journey whether finances, prayer or both! Mark 9:23 states: "Jesus said to him, 'If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.'" I fully believe God will use us on this mission and it will be life impacting for us all! Thank you again for your time and support!
