Help Us Send Cookies to the Heroes of Los Angeles
The devastating fires in Los Angeles have already taken lives and destroyed countless homes, leaving families and communities in crisis. In these trying times, we want to show our support for the people of Los Angeles and the brave firefighters who are risking everything to protect them.
At Ali’s Cookies bakery in Emory Village (Atlanta, GA), we’re sending a little comfort in the form of freshly baked cookies. These cookies will be delivered to the Los Angeles Fire Department, volunteers, and families affected by the fires. We believe that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
Ali’s Cookies is owned by Sagi and Nofar Shablis, an Israeli couple who recently moved to the United States in search of a better future. They served in the IDF, but since arriving, they have faced significant challenges, including antisemitism, threats, vandalism, hate, and boycotts. Despite these hardships, they continue to fight for their dreams and support their local community. This campaign is an opportunity to show solidarity with them while also helping the heroes in Los Angeles who are on the front lines of this crisis.
Your donation will help us send much-needed treats to Los Angeles, providing a small but heartfelt token of gratitude to those who are facing this unimaginable disaster. We hope these cookies bring a bit of comfort and joy to those who need it most.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
