Help Us Save Our Family Home

My name is Jada, and I’ve lived in my Baltimore home since I was three years old. This house has been the heart of my family for over fifty years, filled with memories of family dinners, laughter, and love. Today, I share this home with my niece, who lost her parents two years ago, as well as my daughter and my ten-year-old grandson. We are a close-knit family, and this house is our safe place and the foundation of our lives together.

Recently, we’ve faced a serious challenge. Due to unpaid property taxes, we are now at risk of losing our home if the taxes aren’t paid by June 27th. I’ve reached out to friends for help, but I haven’t been able to raise what’s needed. This fundraiser is my last hope to keep our family together in the place that means so much to us. My mom worked hard to give us this home, and I want to honor her legacy by making sure we don’t lose it.

I would also like to say I fell behind trying to keep up with my other bills and it’s just me I am an AAA assistant at a high school.
