What We’re Facing

Over time, we began noticing small issues, but what we’ve discovered has turned into

● The ground beneath parts of our home is eroding, putting the entire foundation at risk

● Large sections of the house have rotting siding and structural wood damage from

long-term moisture

● Our porch and support pillars are weakening, creating safety concerns

● Inside, we’re dealing with water damage from ongoing leaks. We brought in professionals, hoping for manageable repairs, but the reality is overwhelming.

These are urgent structural issues, and if we don’t act quickly, the damage will continue to spread, making our home unsafe and even more costly to repair.

What Needs to Be Done

To restore safety and stability, the following critical repairs are needed:

● Stabilizing the foundation and addressing soil erosion (~$30,000)

● Replacing damaged siding and exterior wood (~$20,000)

● Repairing and reinforcing the porch and support pillars
