My name is Charie Vhee, and I am asking for your help for my beloved grandfather, who is 82 years old and currently fighting for his life at Metro Vigan Hospital, Ilocos Sur, Philippines.

He was admitted on August 25, 2025, after suffering a stroke (Cerebrovascular Accident Infarct). Since then, his condition has worsened due to several complications, including:

• Community-acquired pneumonia (high risk)

• Acute respiratory failure

• Hypoxic encephalopathy (brain injury due to lack of oxygen)

• Stage II Hypertension

Despite our family’s efforts and the support of PhilHealth, his hospital bill has reached ₱880,855.43. After discounts, we still have an unpaid balance of ₱629,084.41 (around £8,600 / $11,000).

We are sharing this with full transparency—our family has already used up our savings, but the financial burden is too much for us to carry alone.

• Settling the ₱629,084.41 hospital balance

• Covering his continuing treatment, medicines, and care
