URGENT HELP NEEDED: My Family Lost Their Home in the July 28 Typhoon

Hello everyone,

This is Kimberley Ortiz, your Ms Galaxy Canada 2025. I'm humbly reaching out to ask for your help and support for my relatives back home in the Philippines who were devastated by a powerful typhoon that struck on July 28, 2025.

The typhoon brought heavy rains, strong winds, and severe flooding that destroyed many homes including my family's. Their house was badly damaged, and floodwaters rose quickly, making it unsafe to stay. My younger nieces and nephews no longer have a roof over their heads and are currently staying in a shelter with very limited resources.

It breaks my heart to see them go through this. As Ms Galaxy Canada, I am using my platform and voice to advocate for their recovery. With your kindness and generosity, we can help them rebuild their lives.
