Hello friends.

I’m hoping to raise money for my wife and me to attend my family’s reunion in Oregon for Thanksgiving. Family members that I haven’t seen in over 10 years will be there. Many family members are now elderly and ill, and we are hoping to be there for this occasion.

I am disabled, having had 6 strokes and brain damage. I have applied for SS disability since 2017, and have been denied repeatedly. I’m finally awaiting a hearing date.

Maria and I were married in 2023, and at that point was I cut off of all benefits provided by the state. Maria has a job, but we are low income and don’t have much to spare after paying our monthly bills.

We are grateful to God for providing our daily needs, and I really hate to ask, but we could really use help with funds for transportation and lodging for this trip.
