My daughter and I were detained by CBP/ICE. We are currently out on bond, but still under strict supervision with an ankle monitor and required ICE check-ins. If we lose our case, we could be re-detained and deported.

We are asking for help to cover the legal costs to sue and medical phycological assessments. We need to gather evidence to build our case against the government. We need to stay compliant, keep our family together, and keep moving forward while our paperwork is pending. This includes legal fees for multiple court cases, transportation to ICE check-ins and required appointments This unlawful detention has been deeply traumatizing and maintaining our household and our pets (2 dogs and 4 cats), trying to provide a basic food/living cushion while this process continues.

This mental financial burden has been immense.
