Our lives changed in an instant when our shop caught on fire because of an electrical shortage just a few hours ago. The shop caught on fire and we lost about 75% of the shop and things inside of the shop , The shop was only about five feet from our house, and the power box for our home was hooked up to the shop. When the fire happened, the power company had to pull the box, and now our house, fridge, and everything else has no electricity. With five kids, myself, and my husband, we are just starting to face the challenges of being without power.

We’re now facing a long road to get things back to normal. We need to get legal permits for our trailer and for electricity, and we also have to set up a septic system. Before we bought this place, everything was just put together however it could be, so now we have to do things the right way. Getting power back will mean our family can have a safe, stable home again, and our kids can get back to their routines.
