Roof repair, getting rid of termites and replacing windows

We need help paying for many repairs to the Welfare Warriors office (the Mothers Organizing Center). We are a nonprofit in Milwaukee made up of mothers and others working against the ongoing wars on the poor.
- We have termites in the side of our building so several windows need to be replaced and the exterminator's treatment is costly.
- Some of our other windows were vandalized by someone throwing bricks as well as what looks a bullet hole.
- Water is leaking from our roof into the basement when it rains. We found a cheap contractor willing to repair/replace parts of the roof but need funds to make this happen.
