Help us renovate for comfort and care ❤️

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a humble heart to ask for support in helping my parents. As some of you know, my dad suffered a stroke in 2017. He’s shown incredible strength in his recovery, but sadly had to stop working in 2021 and has been on disability ever since. Last year, my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and prevents her from being able to work either.

My partner, Yan and I, have moved back home to help in every way we can... cooking, caregiving, appointments, everything, but some things are just too big to take on alone. That’s why I’m asking for help from our extended community.

We’re hoping to raise funds to renovate the bathroom and backyard to make them safer, more accessible, and more comfortable for both of my parents. The bathroom needs upgrades for mobility and safety, and the backyard could be a peaceful, healing space for them to enjoy time outdoors together like they used too... but it needs work.
