Within the public lies the true power and future of a society; therefore, whatever trust citizens place in its officials must be respected and not abused.
Since police disciplinary records in NYS became available by FOIL, a situation where a NYS Trooper was drunk driving and hit a person with disabilities was uncovered. It appears this officer was never arrested and still has his job.
This is not okay, nor will this be tolerated. This GoFundMe is to raise funds to take this officer to court and vacate his position pursuant to NYS Public Officers Laws.
on July 26, 2024 we filed an Article 78 Petition in Genesee Co Supreme Court to Enforce NYS Public Officers Law 30 to remove the drunk driving cop and his Co-conspirators who shielded him from prosecution from their positions as NYS Troopers. Here is the link to the Petition
