The purpose of raising money is to collect money for Solar energy system installation.

Since October 2023, the power has been cut off. The day that has changed our lives in Gaza. Most aspects of our lives have disappeared, such as power, water, safety, food, and… Restoring life costs, but the benefits are most. The water and electricity have become increasingly scarce. The alternatives are also not available for all people.

During the war, our home was full of homeless people who had lost their homes and asked for help. Filling the water tanks was an impossible mission. So we thought that we could dig a water well to extract water. The project required heavy and unavailable equipment, as well as the power to extract water from the ground and fill the tanks.

It is another problem; the electricity has gone with no ray of hope to be regained. To overcome such a challenge, Solar energy installation is the only way to obtain power that enables us to charge our phones and laptops to work and communicate, connect to the world, fill the water tanks, light up the rooms, living, and bathrooms, do laundry, cook better, and do household chores fast and safely.

This is our story; the cost to live a normal life is insanely high. The solar energy installation requires Solar panels, batteries, and a starter that cost a lot. Affording the costs of the two projects (water well and solar energy installation) is frustrating under the circumstances of siege and losing our income sources.
