Hey we’re Parker and Ajax, small business owners in Ottawa, Ontario. Capital Pride told us to leave our tent and tables overnight as there was security monitoring the street. Since we’re both disabled and transporting our equipment is one of the biggest difficulties in running our business, we took them up on the opportunity. Despite the supposed security, our tent and tent weights got stolen. We spoke with several volunteers from Capital Pride and were told there’s nothing they can do to help us with the missing tent, the lost income from today, and the table fee we won’t be able to pay off. We’re making this go fund me to recoup these costs so Parker can pay off his credit card and we can be able to continue running our small business.
