On April 28th, a severe windstorm swept through our area and changed our lives in an instant. A tree crashed through our home of 30 years, leaving us and our fiancé without a safe place to stay. The damage was devastating, and we are now facing the challenge of starting over from scratch. As a disabled couple, this situation has been especially difficult for us. We are unable to do much physically, and the loss of our home has left us in urgent need of support. We never imagined we would be in a position where we would have to ask for help, but this is our first time reaching out to our community for assistance. The funds raised will go directly toward temporary housing, food, personal items, relocation, transportation, clothing, and household items.
