Help us rebuild to support our growing family

After a series of unfortunate events, I’ve decided to set my pride aside and ask for outside help.. Here’s what has happened and what is going on..

We’ve had to spend our entire savings meant for our growing family (due anytime after the 20th!) to move all of our property and animals from pahrump to Moapa valley. (Good news is, they’re in a great place, much closer to us and being cared for by experienced friends.)

To top it off, we feel our yard and vehicles have been targeted as a good place to steal from by people we may or may not know. (Thanks to friends we now have cameras set up in hopes to stop further theft!)

They have broken into our truck several times in the last 2 weeks.. Not only taking tools needed for side jobs and mechanic work Shane has picked up BUT they took a very special pelican case that had the last 12 years of specialty tools and equipment collected that is necessary for modification work Shane performs on a regular basis. Everything (but the sentimental value) can be replaced.

All of this has us forced to set appointments back for now, and although we are very fortunate to have understanding clients willing to wait. (Thank you) These appointments we’re going to help us rebuild our loss of savings.

Without this savings we cannot take off work needed to get into a family groove. With two babies and a growing 10 year old, this is going to be difficult for me to do alone. I am going to need Shane home. We will not be able to afford our rent, utilities, car insurance, car payments or groceries. (I’ve been asked a few times why haven’t you applied for food stamps?) Our SNAP was cut off in December due to my failure to report “no changes.” I have been denied every month since because of “insufficient information” not being able to prove income with Shane and I being self employed.” WIC is literally saving us right now.)

Ive honestly just reached a point of giving up. I don’t know what else to do but throw in the towel and ask anyone I can for help. (Which if you know me, isn’t something I do often or easily.) This is embarrassing for me to post because I take so much pride in being able to care for and support my family. We’re at a loss and genuinely need your help. We would appreciate anything, even a share to better our chances. Thank you in advance.
