On February 12th, a pipe burst behind the shower in the only bathroom in our home. This caused significant water damage to both bathroom and the kitchen ceiling below causing us to be displaced from our home. The water damage was so severe that my kitchen ceiling needs to be completely rebuilt, and my kitchen flooring, and carpets in my living room and dining room were removed and need to be replaced as well. Unfortunately, my insurance is not covering the repairs for the remodel of the bathroom & Kitchen ceiling. I am struggling to cover the costs needed to get back into our house full-time. This all happened just two weeks after I finalized my divorce, and starting over with my two daughters, and our dog. I fought very hard to keep this house so my daughters could continue to grow up in the home they love, but this unexpected disaster has made things incredibly difficult for us emotionally, and me financially. Any funds raised will go directly toward rebuilding our kitchen ceiling and remodeling our bathroom so we can return home full-time!
