Hi, I’m Javi. On May 2, my father was deported. Despite a pending legal motion that should have stopped it, ICE removed him anyway. What happened wasn’t just heartbreaking; it was unlawful.

My dad lived in the U.S. for decades. He raised us here, worked hard, and never gave up. Now he’s been dropped in a country he hasn’t lived in for over 30 years, with no home, no job, and no support.
