Last night, our lives changed in an instant when a fire broke out in our home. The fire started from a socket plug in the garage, which was connected to the washer and an extension plug. It was a completely unexpected accident that quickly destroyed everything we owned. The smoke was so severe that it contaminated all our clothes and belongings, and the fire department told us we couldn’t keep anything because it could damage our lungs. Now, we’re faced with the overwhelming task of moving, finding a new place to live, and replacing everything we lost.

Not only was it me, my mom, and my son living there, but also my two little sisters and my Nana. All their belongings were damaged as well, and we are all trying to figure out how to start over together. The funds raised here will help us secure housing and replace essential items like clothes, furniture, and personal belongings. My 1-year-old son’s clothes and toys were also damaged, so your support will help us provide for him and the rest of my family.
