My father and I are facing an incredibly difficult time after our apartment complex suffered severe damage and has been condemned pending electrical and plumbing work. Because of this, we have lost our home and are struggling to find safe shelter for ourselves and our two beloved cats.

This situation is especially challenging for me because I am disabled due to a foot amputation. I rely on a wheelchair and walker to get around, and I need to change bandages on both my foot and my stump every day to prevent infection and promote healing. My father is elderly and also needs care and stability during this time. The sudden loss of our home has left us in urgent need of support for shelter, moving expenses, food, medical supplies, and transportation so we can attend medical appointments and take care of our daily needs.
