Pinkapalooza is a community-driven movement, and I'm honored to be part of it. I'm Val Lewis, Chief People Officer at BSI and a board member of Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley. As a recent breast cancer survivor, this inaugural event means everything to me.
But this isn't just my effort. Pinkapalooza is a community-driven charity run, walk, dance, and after-party brought to life by HangDog Outdoor Adventure, a dedicated organizing committee, and so many passionate people who believe in supporting families facing cancer. It's family-friendly, pup-friendly, and filled with music, food, and celebration.
Here's what matters most: every single dollar raised goes directly to Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley to help local families facing cancer.
Our team is asking for your help to raise $10,000 to make this event's impact even bigger. And I'm thrilled that my company, BSI Corporate Benefits, is matching the first $3,000 raised. That's a head start on making real change in our community.
Whether you run, walk, dance the hill, or just come to soak up the energy and support, your presence and generosity make a difference. Cancer Support Community was there for me and my family during one of the hardest times of my life. Now we want to help them be there for others.
Register for the event, make a donation, or share this with someone who might want to help. Together, we can show our community what happens when people come together for a cause.
