We are They Clean Cleaning Services, a UK-based professional cleaning company covering the North of England (and further where possible).

Through our work, we regularly see people living in overwhelming hoarding situations — often due to trauma, illness, disability, or mental health struggles. Many desperately want help but simply cannot afford the cost of specialist cleaning.

As a company with CPD accreditation in biohazard and crime scene cleaning, we are fully trained to carry out extreme cleanups safely, respectfully, and discreetly.

We are launching a Community Hoarder Cleanup Fund to provide completely free cleanups for vulnerable individuals and families who qualify.

We’re asking for Voluntary donations to fund a community clean up project.

What donations will cover:

• Professional labour from our trained team

• Biohazard-safe cleaning and PPE

• Waste removal and disposal fees

• Specialist equipment where required

Every £3,000–£5,000 raised can fully transform one home.

Important – Transparency & Trust

All funds raised will be ring fenced and used solely to cover the direct project costs of delivering free cleanups to qualifying individuals, including waste disposal, materials, protective equipment, and the labour required to complete the project. No goods or services are provided to donors in return for their voluntary contributions.

We will provide updates showing how funds are used and how many homes are helped.

If we do not raise enough for a full clean, funds will go toward partially funding the next qualifying case.
