A Safe Haven for Our Children Away from Conflict

Hello, I am Boris Nekrasov (Artist), and along with my wife Orit Nekasov (Art therapist) and our two children, Adrian (7) and Eleonora (5), we made the difficult decision to leave Israel following the events of October 2023. We chose to start anew in Portugal, seeking a peaceful environment where we can raise our children without the looming threat of violence and conflict. Our goal is to give them a future free from the burden of warfare and the necessity of sacrificing their lives for others' nationalistic ambitions.

Currently residing in Porto, Portugal, we are in need of financial support to navigate the initial stages of the immigration process and establish ourselves in this new country. While both Orit and I are pursuing new avenues for income ( I am learning low-code automation and Orit is taking her first steps as a digital entrepreneur), the transition will take time before we can fully support ourselves. At the moment, we need assistance with essential expenses such as rent, utilities, clothing, transportation, which comes at a cost of approximately €3500 a month, and the translation of legal documents, and immigration legal fees for which we need another €1200. Your contribution will help us lay a foundation for our family and create a stable life in our new home.
