Hello! My Name is Daniela I am the Eldest of Mario Sauceda we are in need of getting a lawyer for my Father.

My father is a loving dad to three children, the youngest only 12 years old. On July 5th, 2025, he was detained at a traffic stop and later taken by ICE. He is now being held at the Southern Nevada Immigration Center.

We hired a lawyer to fight for his stay, but the judge denied it. He now has one month to appeal. My dad was prepared to leave the country because we simply cannot afford any more attorney, court, and appeal fees.

But recently, we learned something even more devastating—

they plan to take his visa from him, even though he has waited over 7 years and still has about another year before receiving it. Losing this visa means losing his chance to return legally, even though he has lived in the U.S. for over 20 years.

We tried reaching out to his previous lawyer for help, but she has no interest in assisting him with protecting his visa. My father is not trying to fight to stay in the U.S. again—he is simply trying not to lose his visa after decades of building his life here.

My dad has always been a hardworking man—working two jobs, providing for us, helping everyone around him, and never getting into any trouble. He has never been a felon or had any criminal issues. He is a good man who deserves the chance to keep what he worked for.
