We’re Manuela and Tobias, and we’re expecting our first baby at the end of November, right around Thanksgiving.
It feels incredibly special to be bringing a new life into the world during a time that’s all about gratitude, family, and new beginnings.
This journey has already been very emotional for us. We’re excited, a little nervous, and doing everything we can to prepare for our baby in the best way possible.
One of the most important choices we’ve made is to work with a midwife. For us, it means having a more personal, supportive, and natural birth experience. We want this moment to feel calm, safe, and truly meaningful as we welcome our child into the world.
Unfortunately, midwifery care isn’t fully covered for us, and the costs are higher than we expected. Between prenatal care, the birth itself, and basic baby essentials, it’s becoming difficult to manage everything on our own.
We’re both working hard and doing our best to save, but we’ve reached a point where we could really use some help.
This fundraiser will go toward midwife care and prenatal visits, birth-related expenses, and essential items to prepare for our baby.
