VISION STATEMENT
* M.A.Y.A. (Mandas, Animo, Y Amistad) Services will achieve its goals by trusting that our compassionate and practical approach to kinship building learned via a paradigm-shift methodology developed over three decades, will prove successful. Every strategic goal in our plan is guided by our three core tenets:
* MANDAS – Mandas is a Spanish term meaning “Resolute Promise” inspired by spiritual discernment. M.A.Y.A. believes the soul is connected to the universal source of wisdom, thus we remain open to new ideas inspired by various sources.
* ANIMO – Animo is a Spanish term which meaning “encouragement”. It implies the act of reassuring, inspiring, or cheering someone on to overcome a challenge. Broadly, it means “Don't give up!” M.A.Y.A. believes that an optimistic vision for tomorrow begins with feeling hope today. The fastest way to experience a paradigm-shift towards hope is to receive an unexpected random act of compassion which we define as empathy in action.
* AMISTAD – Amistad is a Spanish term meaning “Friendship.” M.A.Y.A. believes that when acquire a genuine friend, we find a treasure. A life-long friend is truly a human resource to depend on during the high points and low points of one’s life journey.
