My name is Dawn and I’m fundraising for my brother Adam. He is a loving father of 4 wonderful children aged 16-12 years old. He is currently in jail for a minimum of 14 and up to 30 days for not forcing his children to see their mother. Adam is being accused of alienating his children from their mother. These children have all on multiple occasions, voiced being uncomfortable at their mother’s, and even with documentation from a therapist the court refuses hear the voice of these children.

He has such a big heart and has struggled to keep his children, safe emotionally, physically, and spiritually. He has been the primary caregiver for all of them since the beginning. He pays for most if not all of their needs, including, but not limited to sports, clothing, school supplies, counseling, etc. They have taken advantage of this Financial drain and with the court fees and cost, they know he won’t be able to afford or another attorney. Everyone who knows Adam knows how insane the accusations are. He has never tried to withhold his children from their mother. They are allowed to call her whenever they want.

We need to help Adam and help the court system to see that this injustice will not stand.

All the money will go to his legal fees. If there’s any money left over, it will be used to help anyone in a similar plight in the court system.

Please help him! Please help them. These children deserve a voice. The only one allowed to speak for them is their father.
