Help us oppose MOJAX Development & Save St. Louis

Donation protected

Over 300+ residents and community leaders oppose the St. Louis development, which would create a 30-home housing development in our beautiful and historic countryside in St. Louis, VA, a predominantly African American local community. St. Louis is steeped in a rich history and the property being developed having a confirmed African American cemetery (with approx. 50+ graves).

Despite public outcry from the St. Louis local community and various deficiencies in their application, several Stop Work Orders (for wetlands violations), the developers (Jack Andrews, Michael Oxman and Hobie Mitchell) are continuing their efforts and plan to develop 30 houses in a wetlands area in a historic, rural town.

Funds will be used at our discretion for various efforts in the opposition to this development, including legal fees, newspaper advertisements, yard signs, and expert consultants (to conduct environmental, hydrological, archeological, and traffic studies, etc).  We anticipate utilizing all funds received in this fight, but any funds not used will be donated to local groups committed to conservation.
Absolutely no funds will be used for personal use.

(Phyllis Randall - Chairwoman of Loudoun Board of Supervisors, quoted Sept 2019).

‘As this is By Right Application it will not come before the Loudoun Board of Supervisors for a vote. My concerns…..This development can negatively impact the water yields of existing wells and increase land values of existing homes in St. Louis.” Phyllis Randall has agreed to sit down the developers and work out a resolution.

In closing, please help us to oppose MOJAX llc, and tell the developers (and local politicians) that this historic town does not want, nor can it's water table support 30 new houses on a 19-acre tract of land, in a wetlands and around an African American cemetery.  The time to act is now!

Thank you.
