Help us open a radical bookshop for Norwich

We're raising funds to help Caracol take the next step and open a permanent space and radical bookshop in Norwich. Our aim is to open a volunteer-run bookshop specialising in radical texts, as well as providing a small space for events and meetings.

The bookshop is run voluntarily and so far has been completely self-funded. Now we feel that it's time to take the next step and expand. Since doing a soft launch in May we have run a series of pop-ups and events. These have been well received, with lots of people coming by to see us, browse, buy books and discuss radical ideas.

We'd love to provide Caracol a permanent home. A place to expand our selection of books, somewhere for people to meet, discuss, hang out, to dream and build different and better worlds.

All funds raised will go towards helping with initial rent, any renovation and furnishing costs and expanding our stock. It's an ambitious target but anything will go a long way to helping.

If you can't donate but would like to support the project please get in touch. We're going to be needing people to help get the space ready and to keep it running once it's open!
