My mom found out she had a massive tumor in her brain on Monday night (2/9/26). Then on Tuesday afternoon (2/10/26) she had a surgery to remove about 90% of the tumor and the Doctor also had to remove part of her skull to get to the tumor. The Doctor was able to remove over 90% of what he wanted to remove. It was also confirmed that she has brain cancer, so her treatment will include chemo and radiation five days a week for 6 weeks. My mom is a middle school math teacher, and she won’t be able to return to finish out the school year. She is living up 2 flights of stairs and we are looking for a house that my family can move into so we can all help give her care. Donations would be really helpful to be able to put a deposit down on a house so we can give her the best care.
