On August 3rd, my Nino, Robert Betancourt, lost his battle with cancer. After he helped and supported his Wife, my Auntie Sylvia get through her battle with cancer he was then diagnosed with his own shortly after. Robert has been battling Bone Cancer for 2 years but he never let it slow him down. Robert was a loving Husband, Father, Brother, Nino, Son-in-Law and Friend. If you were lucky enough to know my Nino Robert you know how he never stopped moving, giving a ride or lending a hand even when he wasn't feeling well. Robert always helped anyone who needed a hand with their Cars, Electrical, and A/C to name a few out of the many things Robert did to be as helpful as he could be to the ones he cared for and loved. Robert thought of others before himself daily, all the way up until his last day with us. I am starting this Go Fund Me to help his Wife, my Auntie Sylvia and their two boys Robert (Bobby) and Ryan to cover funeral costs and to help alleviate some stress and be able to lay Robert to rest the way he deserves.
