Help us become an official IRS 501(c)(3) charitable organization to complete and file our federal tax-exempt application and cover the associated filing costs and professional legal assistance. Achieving 501(c)
(3) status will allow us to:
1. Accept tax-deductible donations.
2. Partner with businesses and community organizations.
3. Expand our impact across Arizona and beyond.
4. Help more families conserve water regardless of financial circumstances.
We have already taken the first steps:
-Formed our Arizona nonprofit corporation.
-Obtained our IRS Employer Identification Number (EIN).
-Secured our name and began building our public presence.
-Developed a clear plan to help qualifying homeowners conserve water through community-funded water recycling projects.
*Now we need your help with the final step.
Why This Matters?
Arizona is in the midst of a mega drought, making water conservation more important than ever.
Every gallon conserved reduces demand on our limited water supplies and strengthens the long-term resilience of our communities.
Today, many private and community swimming pools unknowingly waste thousands of gallons of water by draining and refilling every few years. Through advanced reverse osmosis mobile systems, those pools can often be restored without draining, conserving thousands of gallons with every service.
Every gallon we save is a gallon that remains available for our communities, agriculture, businesses, and future generations.
